Job Title: Payroll Advisory Consultant (Oracle)
London Hybrid: be in the London office and potential travel to Belfast on an adhoc basis.

About the Project
Deloitte are partnering with a large healthcare client to provide them with advisory support for an Oracle Cloud implementation for HR, Finance and Procurement. Deloitte is acting as the client-side partner to advise the client on how they can ready their business and design a solution for their organisation for the implementation of Oracle Cloud.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Consultant who has managed and run payroll processes. You will be experienced with Oracle Cloud Payroll module plus with knowledge of time and labour or timesheet / overtime activities and absence implications on payroll. Payroll consultants with experience of Workday or SAP SuccessFactors or similar may also be considered. You will join a team consisting of HR business functional consultants and Oracle Cloud HCM consultants who are advising the client and liaising with the systems integrator (SI) organisations.
Essential Skills:
- An experienced Payroll Consultant who has managed and run payroll processes
- Experience with identifying and implementing suitable payroll options
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll module with knowledge of time and labour, timesheet / overtime activities and absence implications on payroll.
- Experience of Workday or SAP SuccessFactors or similar may also be considered
Deliverables: responsibilities but not limited to
- Identify potential payroll options to best meet the client’s needs for implementing their ERP by partnering and discussing with the client’s Oracle Cloud Payroll expert.
- Draft point of view papers explaining Oracle concepts and options to support the client's decision-making for design of the solution.
- Challenge and support the system integrator, where appropriate, to identify suitable options to be presented and discussed with the client so that they can make an informed decision.
- Create presentations, on how the business may use Oracle Cloud, in partnership with the client to support the programme to understand the benefits, considerations, disadvantages and gaps in any design being proposed.
- Configuration of the system is not part of this role but you will need to be able to discuss your lessons learnt from being involved in other implementation
