The Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) Developer to work with one of our public sector clients at Deloitte. You will be part of a team, supporting with the implementation of change and ongoing work for the client. This role focuses on designing, developing, testing and supporting solutions using Oracle Digital Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ODA, natural language processing (NLP) concepts and experience integrating ODA with various backend systems. You will play a key role in building and maintaining our conversational AI capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with our wider enterprise architecture.

You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Must be eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance
  • Proven experience in designing, developing and deploying ODA solutions
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI principles and NLP concepts
  • Experience integrating ODA with various backend systems using REST APIs and other integration methods
  • Experience with ODA development tools and platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Deliverables:

  • Design, develop and test ODA solutions
  • Support with existing ODA solutions
  • Review of wider architecture solutions from an ODA integration perspective
