About the Project

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Oracle Delivery Partner to lead and deliver complex, large-scale Oracle Fusion/Oracle HCM programmes. This role requires a proven track record of success in managing multi-million-pound projects, fostering strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including significant experience working with major offshore delivery centres.

You will be an experienced programme delivery lead, leading a large global team while building client relationships with C-suite stakeholders. You will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experienced programme delivery leader with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion/Oracle HCM implementations and delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering large programmes with total costs exceeding £20M.
  • Proven experience in leading large global teams (25+) and the ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional client engagement and relationship management skills at the senior level with experience managing and understanding commercials around engagements.
  • Excellent project management skills – lead and deliver project deliverables and meet key deadlines. Risk and issues management.
  • Lead and manage the governance framework for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Comprehensive understanding and E2E experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Significant experience working with major offshore delivery centres, specifically in India.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall).
  • Consulting/advisory skills - have excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Able to present recommendations, ideas or solutions to the client, the team and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with the senior clients and C-suite stakeholders in understanding business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Desired Skills & Experience
  • Eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance (i.e. must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years).
  • Public sector or consumer facing industry experience (e.g. transportation, hospitality, services, retail, CPG, Auto) is preferable.
