On behalf of Deloitte, AMS are looking for a Junior Project Manager for a 13 -Month contract-based Dublin.

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the Consumer Regulatory Platform Programme. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on project management experience within a regulatory-driven initiative in the financial services sector. You will work closely with the Workstream Business Lead, coordinating activities, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery of project outcomes in an efficient and cost-effective way. The role will involve engaging with multiple stakeholders, supporting decision-making through analysis and reporting, and contributing to the successful delivery of business-critical regulatory projects.

What you\’ll do:

Plan, coordinate, and track activities for the Climate & Environmental workstream in collaboration with the Workstream Business Lead.
Support adherence to agreed project methodology, managing risks, issues, and change control processes.
Prepare, maintain, and report against workstream plans, milestones, and resource allocations.
Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making forums.
Engage with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Conduct, Risk, Communications, and other relevant functions to support delivery.
Produce accurate and timely workstream status reports for programme meetings.
Ensure RAID items are actively managed, updated, and escalated when required.
Support business readiness and testing activities to ensure smooth implementation.
Track and report on workstream financials and resource usage.The Skills you\’ll need:

Background in project coordination or junior project management, within financial services or regulated environments.
Experience managing timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
Proficiency in preparing and maintaining project documentation, status reports, and RAID logs.
Clear and confident communicator, able to convey complex information concisely.
