The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our IT Business Services team at Deloitte. You will be responsible for the internal delivery of projects. You will manage and oversee the planning, execution and delivery of a variety of technical and non-technical projects across the firm. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the project goals are met, within budget and aligned to KPIs. You will report to the Program Manager for operational delivery and be a project team lead for the project team.

Your experience / Background / Core Skills

  • Must have technical experience of managing full end-to-end delivery and implementation of business change projects, new technology and new services (e.g. end of life hardware, migrations, systems integrations, networks, infrastructure, AI services).
  • Must have Financial Services sector experience.
  • Experience of IT business change and leading transformation projects in IT and HR.
  • Understand the strategy, organisational transformation and cultural change.
  • Stakeholder management is key – able to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders across all levels.
  • Be a trusted advisor and understand the strategic direction, vision and requirements.
  • Project Management - Manage the project budget, risks, actions and issues as well monitor and report on the progress of activities to stakeholders and governance groups.
  • Supplier Management - Experience of working with third parties and procurement teams with negotiation.
  • Communication skills – clearly communicate the technical requirements, solutions and recommendations to all stakeholders. Report on project status and KPIs. Communicate risk and issues with partners.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach and motivate the project team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
  • Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Desirable

  • Knowledge and experience of MS planner, ServiceNow, SPM, Azure Devops.

Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to: Project Management of the end-to-end delivery of a number of internal IT projects for IT Services or business demand.
