Within this graduate opportunity, there are two core areas. If you receive an offer for this programme, you will be allocated to one of these two teams prior to starting at Deloitte.

Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST):

In Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST), we focus on enabling our clients to be the best that they can be. We work with their most senior leaders and top-level executives to help them digitise and modernise their organisations from the ground up. We lead the transformation of the organisation itself with innovative and core technologies, helping organisations move away from IT, the department of computers, to technology as a business partner and enabler.

Our teams combine strategic thinking, advisory services, and cutting-edge technology capabilities to create a digital core that has the capability to drive new processes, improved analytics, and improved performance across the business.

We proudly partner with some of the world’s largest and most successful organisations, helping COOs, CFOs, CIOs, and their teams achieve their goals, whether that is improving financial performance, accelerating speed to market, delivering continuous innovation, and entering exciting new fields like AI.

Given our focus on the ‘backbone’ of our clients’ organisations, we aim to create better experiences for employees through technology so both the individual and organisation can thrive, all whilst making a positive impact on society.

We also focus on increasing our clients’ impacts on wider society, transforming their enterprises to make advances in sustainability and diversity and inclusion. We help them to transform how their businesses run and the technologies they use in ways that drive net zero and incorporate inclusive ways of working.
