What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
To be eligible for this programme, you must be studying towards an RTPI partially or fully accredited degree, with a predicted grade of 2.1 or higher,as we want to ensureyou have apassion for Real Estate and Planning.Your studieswould need to be completed by Autumn 2027 for a September 2027 start date. What kind of work will I do?
From day one you will be an integral cog in our team.Youmightbe preparing draft advice, planning application documentation, monitoring local authorityactivityorworking with project managementtools to provide support to the project teams you’ll work with.In turn you will be supported to take ownership of workstreams and activities so you can make a real impact on the high-profilework that we do.
We will involve you in client and stakeholder contact from an early stagewhich gives our graduates the skills and understanding of the wider context that we work in.
You will also be supported in undertaking key pieces of research to support project work as well as business development activities and our thought leadership.Your thoughts and opinions will be highly valued to help the entire team learn and develop.
Where will I work?
At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
