Joining one of our three dedicated teams, you will be a key part of supporting our clients on their data and AI journeys. We will build on your academic foundation, helping you develop technical, business, and leadership skills to become a future leader in data and AI.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in a STEM degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

What kind of work will I do?

You will join one of our three dynamic, client-facing teams and make a tangible impact from day one. Here’s what you could be doing:

AI Scaling & Transformation

Turn innovative AI concepts into real-world, industrial-strength solutions, helping clients to harness the power of AI in the delivery of their services and products. You could:

  • Design and build end-to-end AI applications that solve real business problems.
  • Reimagine operating models, processes, and governance for AI applications
  • Apply advanced data science and machine learning techniques to client challenges.
  • Create intuitive data visualisations and interfaces for decision-makers.

Strategy, Governance & Architecture

Create the blueprint for insight-driven organisations, helping clients to become insight-driven, data oriented, and responsible users of data and AI. You could:

  • Define the data and AI strategies that guide major business transformations.
  • Design robust data platforms and architectures to give strong data foundations.
  • Pioneer best practices in data governance and Trustworthy AI, ensuring data, systems, and AI are used ethically and responsibly.
  • Support clients in key sustainability challenges such as carbon emissions, supply chain, and sustainability reporting.

Build the powerful data foundations that make everything possible, helping our clients to design, implement, and operate data solutions that help to make it all possible. You could:

  • Engineer scalable data pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Support our clients through business and data analysis to enable transformation of their complex data landscapes.
  • Deliver complex data transformations and manage the flow of information across an organisation.
  • Implement cutting-edge tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Palantir to unlock data potential.

Where will I work?

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
