What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake .

What kind of work will I do?
You will work in a client-facing role as part of a team of Deloitte Human Capital consultants, helping clients solve complex problems. Your responsibilities could include:
- Working with client stakeholders to understand their requirements and helpthemdevelop newsolutions .This could include supporting an immersive workshop tohelp clientsstructuretheirthinking, definetheir problems and develop innovative responsesto help solve their problems.
- Conducting research and analysis, drawing outinsightsfrom the research and analysis andsupporting topresent key findingsand recommendationsto clients. For example, you couldbe involved in evaluatingthe impact of a new digital tool and recommend communication and trainingstrategiesto supportits successfulimplementation.
- Creating clear, visually engaging presentations and documents that communicate findings and recommendationsto clients,includingclearly articulating thevaluepropositionof AI-drivenHR transformation.
- Proactively supporting internalprogrammesand initiatives aligned withinternalbusiness priorities and your interests, as well as contributing to new businessactivitysuch as bids for client opportunities.
Where will I work?
At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
