Managed Solutions (MS) use cutting-edge technology to help companies solve some of their biggest challenges. Our clients span different industries worldwide, we step in to advise when they may be facing crises, having regulatory issues, or overwhelming workloads. Our work might include managing huge numbers of customer complaints for banks, reviewing documents during legal battles, or helping government agencies support people in need.

We'll give you great training and support during your first year, including regular team meetings, social events, and opportunities to network.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need? You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027for the Autumn 2027intake. What kind of work will I do?

When working in Managed Solutions you'll develop a working knowledge of our clients, industries, markets, and wider commercial environment.

  • Developing skills in problem solving, presenting, analysing data and information, business acumen,and relationship building.

Where will I work?

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

As well as developing key consulting skills, will support you through tailored learning pathways to help you succeed. These pathways will develop your professional skills in areas such asproject management, negotiation and delivering effective presentations. In addition, you will be able to enhance your technical expertise inareassuch as cloud computing, software development and automation.

During your continuous development journey, you will be fully supported with an assigned coach and people leader who will support you in your personal developmentandhelpyouto createand agreeyour objectives .They will also be able to suggest the key courses available to you at your level to ensure you get the most benefit out of the courses you choose.
