HR Strategy & Transformation (Advisory): The future of HR demands major shifts in mindset, roles, capabilities and digital enablers, with reinvention at the core. We empower the HR function through end-to-end solutions spanning strategy, design, implementation and operations.Our HR Strategy & Transformation Advisory teams work across public, financial and private sectorsand employee experience; these teamslook to transform HR functions and explores people-focused tech and end-to-end employee experience, collaborating closely with our colleagues in HR Applications, who work directly with the largest Cloud software technologies in the market (Oracle, SAP, Workday) and emerging technologies.We are at the forefront of using artificial intelligence, including generative AI and HR-specific AI technologies, to transform HR functions and deliver exceptional employee experiences, while keeping people at thecentreof organisational thinking .
Organisation & Workforce Transformation: Globally, organisations acrosspublic, financial and private sectors face significant external forces, from sustainability and climate to emerging technologies. Major Programmes : Today, organisations across all sectors face unprecedented economic, environmental and societal change. Meeting these challenges requires investment in transformation and future-facing infrastructurebut, due to their inherent complexity, many of theseinvestments never deliver the required benefits.Deloitte Major Programmes specialises in the design, mobilisation , delivery and recovery of high-investment, high-impact transformation and infrastructure programmes . We draw on expertise from across Deloitte to put people at the heart of our clients' most challenging initiatives.
What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
This programme is for university students who are doing well academically and want to test their skills in the real world.
You must be in the penultimate year of your course, or going on to a master’s, and you need to be on track to achieve a predicted degree classification of 2:1 or above in any discipline.
Duration of the Programme : 6 Weeks

What kind of work will I do?
You will work in a client-facing role as part of a team of Deloitte Human Capital consultants, helping clients solve complex problems. Your responsibilities could include:
- Working with clients to understand their requirements and help shape innovative solutions. This could include supporting a workshop that helps clients structure their thinking and build a shared understanding of the challenges they face.
- Conducting research and analysis, drawing out insights and communicating recommendations in a meaningful way. For example, you could help present findings from an assessment of a new digital asset and identify related training needs.
- Assisting in preparing clear, visually engaging documents and presentations that communicate key messages and recommendations to clients.
Where will I work?
At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
