What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

You’llneed to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

What kind of work will I do?

The kind of work you will do will differ depending on the area within Deloitte Digital,tasks across the areas of Deloitte Digital include:

  • Help deliver projects for our clients, beingavaluable member of the team fromday one, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve problems, improveperformanceand generate value for clients.
  • Every project is different, but some examples of responsibilities include:
  • Creating materials for workshops, communications, projectplansand progress reporting.
  • Participating in project workshops and meetings alongside our clients – contributing to discussions, taking actions and minutes.
  • Developingandmaintainingstrong client relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding theirneedsand consistently exceeding their expectations with innovative solutions.
  • Providingexpert advice andassistanceto our clients, tailored to their needs.
  • You will deliver tangible, positive changes for public, private, and financial service organisations.
  • You will learnnew project managementmethods in a collaborative, team environment.

Where will I work?

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why weoperatea hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. Ifyou’rein a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

As a Graduate (we call you Analysts) joiningTechnology and Transformationyou will:

  • Be supportedfromyour first day by our dedicated Consulting Early Experience team along with Early Talent senior sponsors from your team.
  • You will attend our amazing Analyst InductionProgramme(AIP) alongside your Consulting Analyst peer group to learn about our company, culture and how we work – and to build your network here at Deloitte.
  • You’llget an opportunity to practice the key skillsyou’llneed on client projects. AIP isanin-person event which includes engaging talks, groupactivitiesand immersive simulation challenges
  • You’llmeet many team members from your business area, including your People Leader and Resource Manager, and make a few friends along the way.
  • Following AIP, you will continue being set up for success for your future career in Consulting, you will move into more specific business area training for a few more weeks - all exciting andvery relevantto your future client/project engagements.
  • You will have the opportunity to network with colleagues at all levels of seniority and have access to lunch andlearns,mentorsand more!
  • Upon being offered a role, you will beassignedabuddywho has been in your position.They will be your informal point of contact for any queries, andto offerinsight and guidance ahead of joining.
