Are you passionate about building your career in complex, technology-enabled transformation programmes?

Our clients operate in an environment shaped by increasing complexity, rapid technological change and evolving social and economic challenges. They need multidisciplinary teams that combine clear thinking, effective delivery governance and human-centred, technology-enabled change to deliver outcomes with confidence.

Within Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, you will work as part of multidisciplinary teams supporting some of the most important and demanding programmes in Defence, Security and Justice. These programmes often sit at the intersection of operating model change, workforce transformation, digital capability, and large-scale technical delivery and adoption.

You will support the design and delivery of complex engagements, taking responsibility for defined tasks and deliverables with guidance from more experienced colleagues. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, build your understanding of delivery challenges and contribute practical ideas and high-quality outputs. As your capability develops, you may take ownership of broader deliverables or coordinate specific activities. You will build your skills in programme delivery, client engagement and technology-enabled transformation using Deloitte’s methods, tools and global capabilities.

Major Programmes Communities

  • Support PMO and programme controls activities, including progress reporting, financial tracking, planning, RAID management, and data analysis and visualisation.
  • Contribute to the mobilisation and delivery of large-scale technology-enabled transformations, including programme setup, governance and delivery planning.
  • Gather and analyse information on programme performance across scope, budget, risk, dependencies and outcomes, highlighting issues and supporting clear reporting.
  • Take responsibility for defined tasks and deliverables, working with business, technical and delivery colleagues to complete them to a high standard.
  • Build confidence working with clients, contribute effectively to meetings and support proposals and other business-development activities.
  • Share practical insight, reusable materials and lessons learned to support our propositions, delivery methods and industry perspectives.

This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). The recruitment team will provide further detail as you progress through the recruitment process or you can contact the Independence team upon request.
