Enterprise Business Solutions is Deloitte UK’s internal services organisation . It includes IT, HR, Vendor Management, Service Management, Quality Risk and Security, Workplace, and Business Support Services. We’re home to many diverse and dynamic teams, all transforming business services to maximise the impact our people can have on the firm. There are more than 2000 colleagues in our teams, located in the UK and our offshore delivery centres .

As part of Enterprise Business Solutions, you will work in an ever-evolving sector engaging with business areas. This role will provide a wide exposure to Deloitte and its areas of business.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

You will need to have obtained or be studying towards at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027.

What kind of work will I do?

Our aim is to give graduates the opportunity to work across our business areas, allowing you to gain experience and develop skills essential for success. You will work on a rotation scheme in the following teams:

Service Management provides governance on how the service organisation interacts with its customers, the experience they deliver, and provides an overarching mechanism to monitor and control service performance.

HR Services provides centralised HR administration, insight and advisory support for all Partners and employees – past, present, and future.

Business Support Services provides a comprehensive suite of services to the senior leaders of the firm across the length and breadth of the UK, including executive assistants, commercial business partnering, and a wide variety of operational and technical roles. It also oversees our UK delivery centre in Cardiff.

Transformation team provides the governance and leadership required to deliver change, ensuring alignment, control, and successful execution of initiatives impacting all EBS teams.

Workplace Services manages the workplace environment for our customers. By creating the right spaces and infrastructure we ensure Deloitte colleagues can work how, where and when it suits them in a sustainable, safe and secure way.

IT Infrastructure Services deliver core IT infrastructure, including infrastructure and network services, Customer Services and End User Technology, Cloud Services, IT Service Management.

In addition, you will also have the opportunity to learn about the following EBS areas through ‘ mini inductions’ designed to provide a high-level overview of the team and their purpose:

  • IT Business Services who enable business strategy through technology solutions and automation;
  • Finance Services Who provide services to the firm including Contract to Cash, Expenses, Invoice to Pay, Client Money Management and SAP Finance Master Data Management.
  • Quality, Risk & Security Services who support compliant and secure delivery of client work.
  • Client & Markets provides a full suite of marketing, communications and business development support to both the retained Clients & Markets function and the businesses.
  • Vendor Management who are responsible for driving value from suppliers and delivering Travel services.

Where will I work?

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

Our EBS graduates are provided with a supportive and collaborative environment, enabling you to take ownership of your development. You will receive training and development opportunities throughout the programme to enhance your skills and knowledge.

You will also work with and learn from experienced professionals, who will provide guidance and mentorship as you progress in your career.

We will provide structured development as you progress through the graduate programme:

  • In your first year you will take part in our comprehensive learning programmes, helping you navigate the firm and start to build professional and leadership skills.
  • In year two you can expect to grow your development in shared services through an externally accredited Global Business Services (GBS) qualification.
