Role: Technology Component Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced Technology Component Delivery Manager to support a technology initiative within a large life and pensions business. The role will coordinate component delivery plans, dependencies, risks, governance, resources, and reporting across multiple technology workstreams.
The successful candidate will maintain integrated plans and RAID logs, coordinate component leads, and provide clear status reporting, escalation, and decision support. The role will also coordinate relevant business and technical contributors, maintain plans and governance artefacts, track budget, milestones, dependencies, and risks, and provide clear reporting to support timely decisions for Technology Component Delivery Management (Core Enablement).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate component delivery plans across multiple technology workstreams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, governance, resources, and reporting.
- Maintain integrated plans, RAID logs, and governance artefacts.
- Coordinate component leads and relevant business and technical contributors.
- Track budget, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Provide clear status updates, escalation, and decision support.
- Support timely delivery decisions through accurate and consistent reporting.
Required Experience
- Strong background in technology delivery management, programme coordination, or project controls within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Experience managing integrated plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance reporting.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Experience supporting delivery assurance, escalation, and decision‑making.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
