We are seeking an experienced Customer Identity Architect to support the design and delivery of a large-scale Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) transformation programme. The successful candidate will lead solution design activities and provide architectural oversight across implementation and migration workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define target-state Customer Identity architecture.
- Lead solution design for ForgeRock implementation and migration activities.
- Develop architecture roadmaps, standards and governance.
- Collaborate with engineering, security and business teams.
- Ensure solutions align with security, scalability and operational requirements.
- Provide technical leadership throughout programme delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive Solution Architecture experience within Customer Identity & Access Management programmes.
- Strong hands-on ForgeRock architecture experience.
- Experience leading identity platform implementations and migrations.
- Deep understanding of identity and access management principles.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale authentication and identity solutions.
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML and MFA expertise.
- Cloud-based identity architecture experience.
- Experience within large enterprise transformation programmes.
