The Role

As an Insurance Manager, you will help deliver client engagements by combining deep technical expertise with a strong track record in change and transformation. You’ll bring a practical understanding of the insurance value chain, from underwriting through to operations, supporting clients across General Insurance, Life, MGAs, and hybrid insurers. A key part of your role will be leading and supporting change initiatives—helping clients navigate complex transformations, implement new operating models, and embed sustainable improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting transformation programmes across insurance organisations
  • Delivering change initiatives, including operating model redesign, process improvement, and business transformation
  • Working across underwriting and functional teams to embed change and improve performance
  • Partnering with clients to solve complex challenges and deliver solution-oriented outcomes

About You

  • Strong experience within the insurance industry (General Insurance, Life, MGAs, or hybrid insurers)

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
