Job Description

  • Contract Duration: 6 months contract inside IR35 (with strong potential for extension)
  • Location: London or Southern UK, accessible to be onsite in London 2-4 days per month

This role sits within our Managed Solutions business, a fast-growing part of Deloitte focused on supporting high-growth startups and scaleups.

We embed sales and operational professionals into clientteams to deliver high-impact revenue outcomes.

As an SDR, you will operate aspart of an embedded client sales team, working directly with clientstakeholders and contributing to their pipeline generation.

You will typicallywork closely with one client at a time, but unlike most SDR roles, you willgain experience across a portfolio of fast-growing businesses and broaderexposure of Deloitte, where you can benefit from accelerated commercialdevelopment and clear progression opportunities.

We are looking for a driven, high-output SDRwith a strong hunter mentality.

This is an outbound-first, pipeline generation rolewhere you will be expected to build pipeline from scratch through consistent, high-quality outreach.

This is not an inbound or admin-led role—you will be creatingopportunities through activity, curiosity and strong qualification.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Representing the client’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how theirsolutions meet customer needs
  • Generating pipeline through high-volume outboundactivity (calls, email, Linked In)
  • Identifying and targeting high-potential accountsaligned to ICP
  • Conducting initial discovery and qualificationcalls
  • Identifying prospect pain points and aligningthem to solutions
  • Booking and handing over qualified discoverycalls and demos to Account Executives
  • Collaborating closely with AEs to ensurehigh-quality pipeline progression
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities inthe market through attending relevant business and networking events
  • Maintaining accurate, structured activity andpipeline tracking in CRM (Apollo / Hub Spot / Attio / Linked In Sales Navigator)
  • Identify best practices for refining thecompany’s lead-generation playbook
  • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results following KPI’s
  • What we’re looking for
  • Experience in asales or SDR role (or strong evidence of comparable commercial experience)
  • Proven ability (or strong evidence) of outboundlead generation
  • Confidence in cold calling, objection handling, and starting conversations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability toengage senior stakeholders
  • High levels of resilience, energy, andconsistency
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-activity environment
  • Strong desire to progress into a closing /Account Executive role
