Role Overview
We are currently building our talent pipeline for an exciting project scheduled to go live in 2027. While this role is not available at present, interested candidates will be contacted as a priority if the project proceeds.
The provision of Management Information, trend analysis, financial forecasting and modelling, financial oversight and control, contract management reporting, payments processing, leadership and process improvement, and operational oversight of a team of MI Analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- MI & Data Analysis: Analyse large datasets, deliver Management Information reports, operational summaries, market trends, ad hoc reports, and maintain data warehouse.
- Forecasting: Conduct biannual financial forecasting and performance reviews to inform budget decisions and optimise claims handling strategy.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, reconcile ledgers and bank statements, ensure quality and approval of payments, issue instructions and reports, conduct monthly reconciliations, and submit weekly funding requests to the client.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaboration with the Contract Management and Senior Leadership teams both internally and with the client to implement policy, procedure and process changes. Engagement with the end client’s leadership team. Close collaboration with the team’s Developer to generate and continuously improve reports, and to respond to market changes/requirements. Engagement with operational team to develop market insights and to implement process changes and improvements.
- Leadership: Recruitment, training, quality assurance and operational management of the MI team, and contribution to workforce planning.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable distilling complex data and presenting clear outputs to senior leadership and clients for informed decisions.
