Role: Process Transformation Project Manager
Location: Central London (Hybrid, 3 days a week on site, 2 days from home)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Until the end of 2027
Daily Rate: Competitive, Inside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to a large-scale Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Transformation Programme. The programme is established, fast-paced, and focused on driving process simplification, automation.
Role Responsibilities
Candidates should demonstrate experience in:-
- Managing complex transformation workstreams within large organisations.
- Coordinating delivery activities and ensuring milestones remain on track.
- Producing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, governance packs, and status reporting.
- Managing stakeholder engagement across senior business and programme leadership teams.
- Escalating risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately.
- Supporting programme governance and providing regular updates to sponsors and workstream leads.
- Driving actions through to completion in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience of:
- Risk, controls, governance, compliance, procurement, supplier management, or third-party risk programmes.
- Policy and procedure redesign.
- Process simplification and operational transformation.
- Requirements gathering and automation initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Strong Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
- Excellent organisation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and executive reporting capabilities.
