Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Operating Model Analyst / SME (Support)

Support the build of a clear and practical end-to-end TPRMoperating model. You’ll help document how TPRM work is done, who does what, andhow teams across the bank interact across the third‑party lifecycle. This is ahands-on role focused on analysis, documentation, coordination and producingsimple, high-quality outputs.
What you’ll do (key responsibilities)
- Documentthe “as-is” and “to-be” TPRM operating model (people, process, governance,data/MI and tools) in alignment with the OpModel Director.
- Captureroles and responsibilities across teams (e.g., 1st and 2nd line ofdefence) and turn these into simple artefacts (RACI, interaction maps).
- Supportthe definition of key hand-offs between TPRM, Procurement, Business Riskand Resilience (BRR), Regions, Global Businesses and Global Functions(GBGFs), and other stakeholders.
Process and controls documentation
- Helpmap key TPRM activities across the third-party lifecycle (e.g.,onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issues).
- Assistwith documenting minimum requirements, controls, and where localvariations may be needed.
- Identifypractical opportunities to simplify and standardise (raise suggestions;the lead will decide).
Governance and mobilisation support
- Helporganise working sessions and capture outcomes, actions and decisions.
- Maintainlogs (actions, risks, issues, dependencies) and support creation of simpleplans and timelines.
- Supportpreparation of materials for governance forums (slides, brief updates,decision notes).
Stakeholder collaboration
- Workwith global, regional and functional stakeholders to gather inputs andconfirm understanding.
- Buildstrong working relationships and escalatore early.
- Draftoperating model documentation (sections, diagrams, summaries)
- RACI/ responsibility and interaction models
- Processmaps and simple control summaries
- Workshopnotes, action tracking, RAID logs
- Draftmaterials for governance updates (packs, briefings)
Experience (typical)
- 3+years’ experience in risk, controls, procurement, operations, changedelivery, or third‑party management (financial services helpful but notessential).
- Experienceproducing structured documentation (process maps, PowerPoint packs,trackers, meeting outputs).
- Exposureto operating model or process improvement work is a plus.
