This is an opportunity to join a large Tier 1 financial services organisation as an experienced Business Analyst to support a major Capital Markets transformation programme focused on business migration, process change and operating model simplification.

The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis capabilities with a deep understanding of Capital Markets products and investment banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, document and analyse business requirements across multiple workstreams.
  • Support process mapping, target operating model design and business change activities.
  • Work closely with business, operations and technology teams to define solutions and delivery requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Technology.
  • Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including requirements documentation, process flows, impact assessments and gap analyses.
  • Support testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
  • Assist with governance, reporting and stakeholder communications throughout the programme lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Strong Business Analysis experience within Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments, operating at Vice President / Senior Vice President level.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business change or transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets products and operational processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Knowledge of Equities, Prime Brokerage, Securities Financing or Derivatives businesses.
  • Experience within Liquid Financing or Equities business areas.
  • Operating model transformation, migration or legal entity change programmes.
  • Experience working within Tier 1 investment banking organisations.
