Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 2 years Trade and Transaction Regulatory reporting experience (ideally within your field of expertise), within at least one of the key regulations listed below:
- UK/EU Regulations:
- MIFID Article 26 (Transaction Reporting)
- EMIR Article 9 (Trade Reporting)
- Securities Financing Transactions Regulation (SFTR Reporting)
- CFTC (Part 43/45)
- Securities Based Swap Dealer Reporting (SEC 901/902)
- MAS
- HKMA
- ASIC
Responsibilities
- Delivery of regulatory reporting change project across Trade and Transaction Reporting regimes
- Management of multi-stream programmes spanning Reg Ops, Compliance, technology, and with experience working across BAU and change
- Oversight and ownership over key project artefacts including project plan, tracking key backlog items and delivery milestones
- Senior stakeholder management across front office, compliance, operations and technology
- Driving process and operating model improvements across end-to-end reporting stack
- Ensuring delivery outcomes meet regulatory requirements, audit requirements and other evidencing standards
