The Role
We are looking for a methodical, professional individual who has very strong attention to detail and is comfortable working with qualitative data, supporting across our offering. A strong candidate for this position will be able to diligently follow instructions as well as work autonomously and proactively identify and escalate issues. A background in qualitative data processing is desirable.
The individual will be required to:
- Research entities, risk threats, and ecosystems using a broad range of sources and tech tools
- Report on findings and insights
- Categorise research findings based on pre-agreed criteria
- Follow instructions diligently in processing large data and escalate potential issues
- Learn and develop awareness of different industries, global risk threat areas and key developments
Experience and skills required:
You will receive training for the role from the outset, including induction on the specific technology used in the delivery centre. You will need:
- An ability to meet targets and work to deadlines
- A methodical way of working and strong attention to detail
- A focus on delivering high quality reporting
- An ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Awareness of internet research techniques
- Excellent writing skills
