Help build an AI solution for the UK Cabinet Office. We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a hybrid Deloitte/client team delivering an exciting AI project for the Cabinet Office. You’ll play a key role in taking an existing AI prototype through to public beta, working on Microsoft’s Azure platform as part of a highly skilled forensic technology team. This is an opportunity to work on a meaningful government project where you’ll help build scalable, secure AI solutions using modern cloud technologies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and enhancing an AI solution hosted on Microsoft Azure
- Building, testing and deploying scalable applications
- Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Optimizing application performance through load and concurrency testing
- Building lightweight Django front-end components
- Collaborating with AI specialists to deliver innovative solutions
- Working within an established forensic technology team on a high-profile programme
Requirements:
- Active SC Security Clearance (or eligible) and based in the UK
- Strong hands-on experience with the Azure technology stack, including:
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for testing, deployment and release management
- Experience improving application performance, scalability and code quality
- Ability to design and build lightweight Django front-end applications
- Good understanding of AI solutions built in Azure, including concepts such as:
- Prompt Engineering
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Multi-step reasoning
- Python back-end development experience (FastAPI preferred)
