Deloitte Talent Solutions are seeking experienced analysts in both Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC), with a strong background in financial crime to join a leadinglarge bank.
The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working withinretail or corporate banking environments, ensuring compliance and qualitystandards are met in financial crime prevention and detection processes.
- Key Accountabilities
- Conduct thorough QA or QC reviews of financial crime processes, including transactionmonitoring, sanctions screening, and customer due diligence.
- Ensure adherenceto regulatory requirements and internal policies related to anti-moneylaundering (AML), fraud prevention, and other financial crime controls.
- Identify gaps orweaknesses in controls and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness andefficiency.
- Collaborate withbusiness units, compliance, and risk teams to support remediation activitiesand process enhancements.
- Prepare detailedreports and documentation on QA or QC findings and present insights to seniorstakeholders.
- Support auditactivities and regulatory inspections by providing evidence of quality controlmeasures.

Qualifications
- Provenexperience in QA or QC roles within financial crime functions, preferably in alarge banking environment.
- Strongunderstanding of retail and/or corporate banking operations related tofinancial crime risk.

- Excellentanalytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify controlweaknesses.
