Contract Role:Vice President - Financial Crime Change and Transformation

Deloitte Talent Solutions are seeking a highly experiencedFinancial Crime Change VP.
The successful candidate will join Deloitte as an Associate on a clientsecondment to support a Group-wide Financial Crime transformation programme.The programme is designed to uplift, simplify and streamline Financial Crimerisk decision-making activities, ensuring clear ownership of risk within theFirst Line while strengthening independent oversight, challenge and governancein the Second Line of Defence.
The role will support the transition from design into implementation acrossmultiple workstreams, including governance, operating model, escalationstandards and decisioning frameworks. This is a critical mobilisation phaserequiring strong coordination, delivery focus and the ability to workeffectively across a complex stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the mobilisationand implementation of Financial Crime transformation workstreams.
- Contribute to thedevelopment and refinement of governance, operating model and escalationframeworks.
- Assist with thecoordination of cross-functional delivery activities across design,implementation and assurance.
- Help maintain clearownership, accountability and decision-making standards across theprogramme.
- Support the preparation ofmaterials for governance forums, stakeholder updates and implementationtracking.
- Work collaboratively withclient and Deloitte stakeholders to help accelerate delivery againstagreed milestones.
Why This Role Matters
This programme is entering a critical phase, with strong design progressalready in place but a clear need to move efficiently into implementation. Therole will help address current capacity and capability constraints, supportingdelivery in line with regulatory and Board expectations.
Without targeted support, there is a risk of delayed milestone delivery,inconsistent Financial Crime decision-making and governance, and increasedregulatory and control exposure. This role will therefore play an importantpart in helping the programme achieve its intended outcomes.

- Experience supportingtransformation or implementation programmes in a regulated environment.
- Strong organisational andcoordination skills.
- Ability to work acrossmultiple workstreams and manage competing priorities.
- Good stakeholder engagementand communication skills.
- Comfortable supportinggovernance, operating model or control-related activities.
- Analytical mindset withattention to detail and a delivery-focused approach.

The successful candidate will be seconded into a high-profile transformationprogramme and will be expected to contribute to delivery, coordination andstakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment. The role requiresprofessionalism, adaptability and the ability to support implementationactivity with minimal supervision.
