This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme working for one of Deloitte’s clients within its Capital Markets division.
Working on a large-scale data migration initiative, partnering with Front Office, Operations, Finance and Technology teams to deliver critical change across trading platforms.
- What you'll be doing
- Lead business analysis activities across complex data migration and transformation programmes.
- Define and validate source-to-target mappings, reconciliation rules and data quality requirements.
- Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis and support migration testing.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology and Finance to gather and document business requirements.
- Support platform migration activities, ensuring data integrity and successful business acceptance.
- Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve controls.
- Leverage AI-assisted analysis tools to accelerate investigation, mapping validation and reconciliation activities.
What we're looking for
- Proven Business Analyst experience delivering data migration, transformation and reconciliation projects.
- Strong background within Capital Markets, ideally covering Futures & Options.
• Experience across the full trade lifecycle, including
- Trade Capture
- Clearing
- Settlement
- Position Management
- Exception Management
• Expertise creating and validating
- Source-to-target mappings
- Data quality rules
- Migration test cases
- Business acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of Financial Accounting and General Ledger (GL) processes.
- Ability to investigate discrepancies across operational systems, product processors and finance platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across Front Office, Operations, Technology and Finance.
