Role Overview
Support the execution of the PR Complaints Reconciliation across Phases 2 and 3 - working under the direction of the Senior Reconciliation Lead (internal) - and to transition into broader MIPR analytical support post-reconciliation.
Technical Skills Required
- Python (pandas, NumPy) β essential; this role will be executing reconciliation scripts, running triage categorisation logic, and managing structured data outputs across large file sets
- SQL β essential; querying and cross-referencing multiple data sources to validate match results and identify exceptions
- Data reconciliation experience β direct experience of large-scale data matching exercises; comfortable working with messy, incomplete, or inconsistently formatted input files
- Schema validation β ability to validate incoming data files against a defined schema and produce structured quality scoring outputs
- Excel β advanced; action pack generation, exception tracking, and resolution logging across a large and evolving case population
- Salesforce data familiarity β beneficial; Phase 2 and 3 involve data modification governance against live Salesforce records
- Audit and documentation discipline β able to maintain a clear, version-controlled record of all data modifications, match decisions, and triage outcomes to support governance and sign-off
