Role Overview
Our client is a global, market-leading consumer goods organisation operating across multiple international markets. This is a key hire, with strong potential for future opportunities as the programme grows.
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8–10 years’ experience in designing, architecting, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. This role will support the client’s Cyber and Technology function and will play a critical role in establishing scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow platforms and modules
- Define technical architecture, best practices, and governance frameworks
- Translate business and cyber/security requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and platform owners to ensure successful delivery
- Oversee integrations, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams
- Support continuous improvement and optimisation of the ServiceNow environment
- Produce technical documentation and architecture designs
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years’ experience in ServiceNow design, architecture, and implementation
- Strong hands-on experience across core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps or similar)
- Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in complex, enterprise environments
- Cyber /security domain experience is desirable but not essential
- Financial Services experience is not required
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to London
- ServiceNow certifications
- Experience supporting cyber, security, or risk functions
