- Validate solution suitability against business, control, and operational needs.
- Represent the specialist business domain in workshops, design forums, and governance discussions.
- Review process and data impacts across the end-to-end solution.
- Validate assumptions, requirements, controls, and outputs.
- Support prioritisation, testing, issue resolution, and formal business acceptance.
- Work closely with business SMEs, technology, data, and testing teams to ensure alignment to the target solution.
Required Experience
- Strong background in actuarial processes, platform change, or business transformation within financial services.
- Experience translating business and non-functional needs into platform or solution requirements.
- Ability to assess process, data, and control impacts across complex environments.
- Experience supporting testing, business acceptance, and issue resolution.
- Confident acting as a subject-matter representative in design and governance forums.
What Weโre Looking For
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and validate requirements effectively.
- Comfortable working in a complex, regulated, enterprise-scale environment.
Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a critical platform capability within a large life and pensions business, helping ensure the solution is robust, controlled, and fit for purpose.
