Working with clients in Northern Ireland and across the island of Ireland, we will provide a challenging and exciting work environment, interesting and varied projects, scope for personal development and on-going training. About the role As a Senior Manager you will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as lead generation and business development. You will use your commercial awareness and professional expertise, along with leveraging the skills and expertise of others, to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for our clients. You will develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service. This entails a variety of challenging activities: Ownership and development of existing client relationships and cultivation of new relationships, including leading a portfolio of clients Supporting senior team members and subject matter specialists in communication, marketing and delivery of a range of advisory and compliance services to clients Dealing with HM Revenue and Customs on technical matters. Development of the technical and operational skill set of junior team members Managing and overseeing compliance, reporting and advisory projects, with regards to managing client and statutory deadlines, billing requirements and delegating effectively to your team Working effectively as part of a diverse, inclusive team, ensuring the smooth running of the business unit, in a culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
