As a Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate within our Transaction Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering detailed financial analysis and insights that support key M&A transactions and capital market activities. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team that values professional growth and client service excellence.
- Provide financial due diligence services through detailed financial analysis and report writing.
- Interpret and analyse financial and commercial information, delivering findings clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Review historical and forecast trading performance, cash flows, working capital, and balance sheets.
- Identify and report potential key issues, including risks or equity price impacts, to clients.
- Correlate findings from other workstreams with financial due diligence outcomes to provide integrated insights.
- Assist in preparing reports to support stock exchange listings, including reports for sponsors.
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all client deliverables.
Qualified accountant with ACA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification. Strong academic record demonstrating analytical capability. Strong commercial and market awareness. Effective team player with strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills. Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
