Due to the nature of the skill set required for this group 90% of the US Tax team is expatriate based. This group will ensure that you gain exposure to an unrivalled client portfolio of multinational companies and a variety of tax work including compliance and consulting projects. This role enables you to develop your knowledge with us in European tax laws across a multitude of industry sectors and if it suits, specialise in a field that interests you.Responsibilities Working with an integrated partner/manager/associate team on large corporate and partnership transactionsWorking with an integrated partner/manager/associate team on business restructuringsWorking with integrated partner/manager/associate team on US tax compliance engagements for multinational clientsResearching and writing client consultations on a range of topics related to US corporate and partnership taxation in an international contextAssisting on specialised technical competency teams for liaison with UK and EU practicesWorking effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contributionConnect to your skills and professional experience To qualify for the role, it is desirable to have:US corporate tax return experience (preferred)US partnership tax return experience, specifically fund background (preferred)Hold one of the following (preferred): US CPA or equivalentDegree in Taxation/Accounting or equivalentLaw degree or equivalent
