- Supporting our clients and their HR teams through the integration and separation process, advising across the full spectrum of people issues in an M&A environment.
- Providing guidance to clients through the M&A life cycle on areas such as talent strategy, organisation design, labour relations, employee engagement, culture and communications.

- Comprehensively supporting clients in solving complex business and operational issues.
- Managing aspects of the HR integration or separation project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client.
