Finance Services have a new opportunity for an Expense Administrator to support with all areas of Expenses. This role will work alongside team members to ensure the smooth running of the UK Expenses process, including compliance to policy and providing support to internal stakeholders and customers. Support will be provided to our colleagues and Partners to ensure timely management of Corporate Credit Cards and
This role will be part of the Finance Services team in our Enabling Functions.The team are based across the UK, supporting the UK comprising 26,000 Partners and staff including 50 regional UK offices.

The role is multi-disciplinary and is part of the wider Expenses team that is responsible for the following:
Expenses
- Working with the wider team to assist in audit queries
- Auditing of expenses and areas of non-compliance
- Triage queries and complete investigations as required
- Support in monthly reporting as directed by managers
- Any ad hoc projects as directed
Credit Card Management
- Support the timely submission of Corporate Credit Card transactions.
- Liaise with card holders and with several teams and departments across the business, including Executive Assistants, Overseas colleagues, HR Advisers.
- Regular meetings and escalations with external credit card providers
- Review of daily and monthly reports to highlight non-compliance and potential risks for the firm
Debt Recovery
- Working with various stakeholders to recover funds owing to Deloitte, including external agencies
- Maintain ownership and reconciliation of the employee debt general ledger within SAP Finance and Blackline
- Liaison with colleagues to resolve any unpaid transactions
- Ensure timely management of queries, keeping stakeholders updated
- Monthly reporting to business stakeholders
- Support process improvements and provide analysis to enhance the customer experience
- Work with dedicated query resolution teams to help improve communications where required to support customers.
- Conducting training for practitioners when required

- Previous experience working in an Expenses role
- Demonstrate strong relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrate a professional, friendly and approachable manner coupled with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels, especially when under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills showing attention to detail and customer focus, with a good understanding of the customers’ needs and priorities
- Good listener with a calm manner, and the ability to ask effective questions
- Previous experience/knowledge of debt recovery
- Previous experience of SAP
- Previous experience of Concur
