We have an exciting opportunity to support the delivery and growth of the CEO Programme across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Our Deloitte Executive Leadership Institute (DELI) has been designed to help senior leaders navigate the next step in their career and prepare for the diverse responsibilities of the CEO role. The EMEA CEO programme coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of DELI, and the programme of events and communications for our CEO Network of senior leaders who have completed the Academy over the last 5 years.
The role would suit someone who enjoys delivering outstanding client service, supporting with administrative and organisational responsibilities and has strong stakeholder management and communication skills. This is a highly rewarding role, in a very collaborative team, helping partners to build strong and lasting relationships with our most significant clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the project management, curriculum design and delivery of our CEO Readiness Programmes
- Maintain overall data management and programme tracking support - working with the firm’s CRM system
- Support with creating branded materials (slides, brochures) for events
- Manage the programme mailbox and ensure timely responses
- Responsible for diary management, issuing calendar invitations and setting up regular meetings with senior stakeholders
- Deliver outstanding level of service to clients and internal teams
- Work closely with the team, build strong relationships to support the coordination of programmes and activities
- Always maintain and ensure client confidentiality
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for senior internal and client stakeholders
- Strong use of core Microsoft office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Structured and diligent approach to project management
- High attention to detail
- A pro-active team player who is willing to step outside of immediate remit
- An interest in the changing role of the CEO and their key challenges
