An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Deloitte Academy Board Programme to support the organisation of Deloitte Academy Events and communications to help create unforgettable client experiences. The Deloitte Academy Events and Communications Coordinator plays a crucial role in the successful delivery and administration of the Deloitte Academy membership programme. The role sits within the Executive and Board Programme (EBP) team. The EBP is an extremely successful eminence and relationship programme, focused on supporting senior and executive level professionals of our largest and most influential clients in their career journey.
The successful applicant will:
- Be highly organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Have excellent communication skills with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Have a broad understanding and curiosity around current business issues and the economic environment.
- Have a desire to learn and develop their skills across a range of event management and data analytics tools.
- Be a team player and have a collaborative mind-set to enable the making of connections across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full support of End-to-end Event Management: to co-ordinate and support delivery of a range of event types from inception to delivery and post event communications and reflection.
- Communications & Content Management: to draft and deliver regular newsletters and client communications, incorporating event previews and relevant board insights.
- Digital Engagement: to manage and regularly post engaging content on the Deloitte Academy's private LinkedIn page, to update the Deloitte Academy website and edit event recordings for digital distribution.
- Programme material: ensure all Deloitte Academy materials, including presentations, brochures and communications, are engaging and adhere to Deloitte's brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: to proactively communicate to a wide range of stakeholders within Deloitte to increase visibility and participation in the programme.

The role requires significant interactions with senior clients and Deloitte Partners. Skills and experience:
- Education: A degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom webinar delivery, video editing software, and email marketing platforms such as Marketo. The interest and proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Project Management and event delivery: Being able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and seamless delivery.
- Communication and relationship building: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft communications for senior clients and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver an eminent programme of the highest quality.
