This role is a core team member of the Global Sales Team and responsible for support and enablement of global strategic deals providing engagement teams and stakeholder high quality services. This ranges from supporting the program lead on ad-hoc and regularly reports to Global Leadership, high level communication with senior Deloitte members about Global Sales Excellence support and Global Strategic Deals Programs

  • Creation and documentation of internal pursuits processes
  • Maintenance and refresh of current Deals Playbooks and trackers
  • Organizing Global Strategic Deals Programs sales support meetings and liaising with Deloitte stakeholder including written communication (Meeting Minutes) and data reporting
  • Organizing and support of WinLabs, Strategy Sessions, Qualification Sessions
  • Support in RfP activities such as collecting of documents, coordinating actions, etc.
  • Communications for the Global Strategic programs (GRTL and GS)

Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex concepts into concise summaries

Experience creating documents with high precision (power point decks, reports, dashboards etc.) for senior leadership

Experience working on PMO related activities

Ability to leverage insights generated through analysis to develop data-backed recommendations

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications with basic level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
