Are you a dynamic and driven leader with a passion for Oracle solutions and a proven track record of success in delivering large-scale business transformations within the private sector? Deloitte is seeking an exceptional Oracle Director to join our thriving team. In this role, you will be a true market maker, responsible for driving significant revenue growth by identifying, developing, closing, and delivering £5m+ business transformation programmes specifically within private sector industries.

Spearhead business development efforts across borders and in partnership with our global delivery centres, cultivating and managing senior-level client relationships within targeted private sector markets. Identify and capitalise on emerging trends and opportunities within private sector industries, developing innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of Oracle technologies. Lead and mentor engagement teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. Successfully deliver complex, multi-million-pound transformation programmes, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations. A proven track record of successfully selling and delivering large-scale Oracle-based business transformation programmes, exceeding £5m in value, specifically within private sector organisations. Deep expertise in one or more Oracle Cloud offerings, with a strong understanding of their applications within various private sector industries. Exceptional business acumen and commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of client challenges and market dynamics within the private sector landscape. Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
