Are you a dynamic and driven leader with a passion for Oracle solutions and a proven track record of success in delivering large-scale business transformations within the private sector? Deloitte is seeking an exceptional Oracle Director to join our thriving team. In this role, you will be a true market maker, responsible for driving significant revenue growth by identifying, developing, closing, and delivering £5m+ business transformation programmes specifically within private sector industries.

Spearhead business development efforts across borders and in partnership with our global delivery centres, cultivating and managing senior-level client relationships within targeted private sector markets.

  • Identify and capitalise on emerging trends and opportunities within private sector industries, developing innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of Oracle technologies.
  • Lead and mentor engagement teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Successfully deliver complex, multi-million-pound transformation programmes, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to private sector clients, helping them navigate their digital transformation journeys.

A proven track record of successfully selling and delivering large-scale Oracle-based business transformation programmes, exceeding £5m in value, specifically within private sector organisations.

  • Deep expertise in one or more Oracle Cloud offerings, with a strong understanding of their applications within various private sector industries.
  • Exceptional business acumen and commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of client challenges and market dynamics within the private sector landscape.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving tangible business outcomes for private sector clients.
