  • Independently lead pre-sales activities, shaping our end-to-end proposition and translating clients’ high-level business goals into innovative architectural solutions.
  • Mentor and coach more junior technical talent, as well as defining and driving the continuous improvement of industry differentiating architectural standards, approaches, frameworks and tools.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.

The following experience is essential:

  • Significant technical experience as a Technical Lead and Architect, with experience of hands-on development of custom code solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Aura and LWC.
  • Deep architectural understanding and experience in integration approaches, patterns and standards used in the Salesforce landscape.
  • Experience in SDLC, DevOps and DevSecOps patterns and enterprise tools.
  • Experience working on projects executed using an Agile delivery framework.
  • Ability to travel (potentially abroad) to client sites 80-100% of the time.
