As a Manager, you will:
- Depending on project scope and client needs, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including technical and solution architecture design, development, prototyping, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive clients and sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of talented digital experts across various disciplines to innovate and create cutting-edge solutions.
- Contribute technical expertise to RFP responses and other business development activities, showcasing our capabilities and winning new business.
- Thrive in a diverse and inclusive team environment where individual contributions are recognised and valued.
- Using your knowledge and experience, mentor and coach junior technical talent, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Define and drive the continuous improvement of industry-leading architectural standards, approaches, frameworks, and tools, ensuring we remain at the forefront of Salesforce development.
- Build and maintain a broad internal and external network, advocating for best practices in technology and engineering both within the firm and across the industry.

University degree or equivalent knowledge acquired from hands-on industry experience is considered just as valuable. You must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
You\’ll have strong Salesforce technical skills and hands on experience including a number of the following:
- One or more advanced Salesforce technical certifications such as Platform Developer II or certifications from the architect track such as Certified Application/Systems/Technical Architect.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce architecture ecosystem
- Experience in onsite technical roles on at least three full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with strong expertise in at least two of the following areas/modules:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Marketing Cloud
- Data Cloud
- Agentforce
- Very strong consulting and/or CRM implementation experience in a client facing context
- Experience in Salesforce development lifecycle encompassing code management, architecture, security, capacity planning, integration, and release management approaches including tools like SFDX CLI, VS Code, Git, CI/CD, test automation, and scratch orgs.
- Hands-on experience in one or more Salesforce native programmatic development capabilities such as Apex, LWC, Aura and VisualForce
- Experience with declarative development techniques and how to effectively apply them. Including but not limited to flow builder, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, and Data Loader.
- Relational databases concepts and data modelling.
- Experience with Salesforce mobile offerings.
The successful applicant will also be:
- Confident and articulate in your communication style, with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills that you can flex accordingly to help others – whether that be technical, non-technical, colleagues or clients – understand and implement the solutions that you and your team design
- A brilliant listener, building rapport and developing trusted relationships with a diverse set of senior client technical stakeholders including technology leadership
- Comfortable creating high quality, clear, comprehensive, useful technical documentation to facilitate design consensus, direct build efforts, reach key decisions and record system solutions
