We help CFOs drive value for their organisations across three dimensions:
- Finance Business Architecture: a team with extensive experience in delivering the full Finance Business Architecture lifecycle and capability with a range of platforms (SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Workday etc.). We re-imagine and realise the business architecture, which underpins our client’s finance operations of the future.
- End-to-end Process Expertise: With our extensive experience in implementing Finance digital solutions to improve clients' Finance processes and business, we assist clients to design a finance function that is powered by machines and new models of talent to maintain the relevance and competitiveness of Finance.
- Project Management, Implementation & Business Adoption: encompasses activities required to managing Finance Transformation projects, implementing and supporting the business adoption. We help CFOs assess what they need and should be doing today and how to prepare for tomorrow to drive change through their organisation.
As a Manager within the GBS team focusing on ERP-enabled transformation and transactional finance, you will have responsibility for the following:
- Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving: Select appropriate methods for collecting and analysing data, and develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client’s business strategy.
- Business Process & Technology Acumen: Articulate informed opinions to address clients’ business challenges, by shaping the transformation strategy at the intersection of process, people, data, and technology.
- Delivery Excellence: Produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior client experience.
- Driving Change and Adoption: Communicate messages with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders.
- Executive Presence: Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instil confidence in clients.
- Knows the Business and Sector: Understand how business functions operate and how sector trends impact a client’s business.
- Logical Structuring: Organise insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations.
- Build and contribute domain thought-ware for use by the network.
- Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
Your professional experience should include:
- Prior work experience within finance transformation, finance operating model and service delivery model, financial processes design/standardisation, automation and change management.
- Experience in working in multi-functional teams in the design and/or implementation phases more than one of the following elements: Finance Function Strategy, Roadmap, Business case, Operating model development (incl. Enabling Technologies), Organisation Design, Service Performance Management, Governance, and Operational Support Processes.
- Experience in at least one of the core finance processes: Record to Report, project and fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, Order to Cash, Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, main Finance related policies, Procure to Pay and others.
- Experience within Robotic Process Automation, Cloud based technologies and working with the Finance function would be beneficial.
- Experience in at least one of the following – stakeholder management, change management, learning and development, capability development and build, succession planning and / or leadership development.
- Understanding and gathering client business requirements; supporting effective day to day client relationships.
- Experience in Finance Systems Implementation projects such as testing, design - or agile experience for supporting a technology delivery.
- Some experience in the use of BI, reporting and data visualisation technologies to appropriately represent information and analysis.
- Work effectively in a team environment on client facing environment.
- Finance professional qualification such as (but not limited to): ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
