Our Enterprise Operations and Transformation (EOT) team is focused on transforming Public Sector services for the future, with Local and Regional Government (LRG) as a key growth area. LRG is at a pivotal moment, with aims to increase autonomy, decision-making, and financial accountability, presenting opportunities to shape public services and positively impact communities. We are seeking a Manager to join our high-performing team, working on impactful projects to build our capability and realize our vision: to make meaningful impacts for our clients, their communities, and society. You will support clients as part of a team of LRG specialists, tackling complex and rewarding challenges. Our work involves helping clients adapt to change, optimize operations, and embrace digital transformation across the full enterprise lifecycle. As a Manager, you will collaborate with Directors and Senior Managers, influence strategic direction, and develop our practice. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading diverse teams with an inclusive culture
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor in the LRG sector
- Leading projects, developing thought leadership, and supporting business growth
- Mentoring junior team members and participating in recruitment
- Understanding major sector issues and innovative transformation strategies
- Designing and delivering operating model solutions in Local Government
- Influencing stakeholders in complex situations
- Responding to opportunities and tenders in the sector
- Possessing relevant experience in transformation projects, including operating model design, process re-engineering, or cost reduction
