Our team of highly skilled People professionals with cross-border implementation experience and wide ranging language skills is looking for candidates motivated to work on the headline grabbing transactions of tomorrow. Connect to your opportunity:

  • Supporting our clients and their HR teams through the integration and separation process, advising across the full spectrum of people issues in an M&A environment.
  • Providing guidance to clients through the M&A life cycle on areas such as talent strategy, organisation design, labour relations, employee engagement, culture and communications.
  • Developing your consulting skills in strategic and critical thinking, programme and change management.
  • Comprehensively supporting clients in solving complex business and operational issues.
  • Managing aspects of the HR integration or separation project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client.
  • Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development.
