This is an opportunity to join Deloitte's Client and Markets in-house Creative Studio. We are a specialist creative department dedicated to creating impactful marketing campaigns and strengthening client relationships. This is a self-shooting, hands-on role with an emphasis on social-first content. As a Junior Creative Producer, you will evaluate briefs, develop concepts, and produce content to an award-winning standard. It's a role for someone who enjoys shooting and editing, is adept at creatively solving problems and challenges, can work effectively with a broad range of stakeholder clients, develop creative and engaging film solutions within our brand guidelines, and tell clear, confident, and human stories.

The role offers variety and the opportunity to push creativity in new and exciting ways as we strive to raise standards across every aspect of our creative output. Deloitte has a dedicated in-house film studio, facilities, and equipment, offering the potential to produce exciting and engaging content. We're looking for experienced, passionate individuals to drive quality and innovation across our films and animations, aiming for a standard unrivalled in the wider business market. We seek someone with a creative flair behind the camera who will help us elevate our filmmaking and lead by example.

You will report into our Creative Producer (Social and Animation) and play a key role in filming and editing engaging social content, both in our London-based studio and at events. You are a well-rounded and hands-on filmmaker who can work independently to deliver projects, working directly with our stakeholder clients. You will also support other producers in our in-house studio, assisting with camera and lighting setups. You will work on a variety of projects, including social campaign films (such as B2B and B2C commercials), case studies, 'how-to' guides and explainers, podcasts, and much more.

You will be current on trends with the ability to research and draw influence from best-in-class references, knowing what works and why. You will manage your own time and collaborate effectively with others, demonstrating flexibility and prioritising work as needed.

As this is a hands-on role, production knowledge and experience are essential, with a minimum of two years' background in film production from either a social/creative agency, advertising agency, or production company. You will also need a strong understanding of post-production and animation, coupled with the ability to create eye-catching work that meets the brief. You can develop problem-solving, social-campaign-driven creative film ideas. You must be able to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritising, planning, and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously. You should possess the imagination to understand the Deloitte brand and how to elevate it through your work.

Technically strong, you will be experienced in all aspects of filming. You should be independently capable of setting up and packing down film equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and create workarounds. You will possess an excellent eye for design and meticulous attention to detail. We are looking for a keen team player, hungry for success, who enjoys both learning and teaching others. You will be a strong and articulate communicator. A robust understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) is essential. Knowledge of audio and audio post-production, for example, podcasts and voiceovers, is also required. You must be able to create and edit simple motion graphics in After Effects. You should be proficient in making changes in Illustrator and other Creative Cloud applications.
