Deloitte's Executive and Board Programme is critical in supporting the firm's strategic growth ambitions. The suite of relationship assets is available to our priority clients and enhances account teams' longāterm relationships with the key influencers and buyers of Deloitte services.
Through the consolidation of the DCE and Greenhouse team, we are creating a new Manager role with responsibility for Team Lab operations in the current Greenhouse space, reporting to the Team Labs Senior Manager. This new role (evolved from the Greenhouse manager role) will establish Greenhouse space and team capacity optimisation. The role is the single point of triage and coordination of workshop requests from the business and will work closely with the Senior Manager and the Production Manager.
As part of this role, the manager will ensure compliance to governance processes, manage the overall budget, supplier management, invoice and chargeāback management, and lead on any tech platforms and software that need to be utilised for operations and workshop delivery.
Responsibilities- Demand and capacity management
- Create userāfriendly workshop bookings request and verification & prioritisation processes, working with BSO resource
- Ensure responsive and timely communication with the business, including conversations with requestors
- Build good relationships with CREs and account teams and ensure accessibility and visibility in the business
- Assess workshop requirements to ensure appropriate space allocation on campus and service level
- Manage overall workshop pipeline
- Responsibility for all aspects of the Greenhouse bookings and capacity planning approach
- Triage with appropriate stakeholders to establish optimal offering to the business, working with SLS and other EBP teams
- Work closely with the Senior Manager, Production Manager and Logistics coordinator to allocate workshop responsibilities and ownership
- Improve efficiencies through use of AI or other software tools if possible
- Overall responsibility for relationships with key suppliers of quality assurance and solve quality issues when they arise
- Onāsite logistics and operations support if/when required
- SME on software tools used for process management and Lab delivery
- Ensure compliance to required governance process, including Business Chemistry governance
- Create regular MI on space and capacity utilisation
- Manage the overall budget and own planning process
- Manage supplier payment and internal account charges
- Proficient in project management
