Manage the day‐to‐day operations of the Global Executive & Board Program (EBP) in close collaboration with the Chief of Staff. Work closely with the Global EBP Chief of Staff and Leadership team to define and implement the annual priorities and supporting governance structures. Prepare fluent and executive‐ready presentations, communications, and reports for Global Leadership, senior executives, and client audiences. Support the development and delivery of priority offerings and experiences with the Global and Member Firm Programs. Manage the end‐to‐end execution of projects ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes developing project plans, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on key milestones. Support EBP priority initiatives and the improvement and expansion of the Global Program(s) working closely with global and member firm teams. Liaise with senior Global and Member Firm (MF) leaders to support EBP priorities. Identify and facilitate opportunities for knowledge sharing across the programs and member firm geographies. Work closely with the EBP Program Managers and Role‐based Insights team members to explore data and translate insights into actionable recommendations and content. Serve as the ambassador and catalyst between Global EBP and other Deloitte platforms and service offerings global. Apply an audience‐first, creative marketing mindset to the shaping and activation of executive and boardroom initiatives, considering how narratives, formats and assets land with the C‐suite and board audiences. Collaborate across global network to connect executive and boardroom programs into broader Deloitte marketing and thought leadership narratives, enabling visibility, relevance, and global‐to‐local activation.

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related field required. Proven working experience, with some within Deloitte member firm network. Strong baseline understanding of Deloitte's overall functional capabilities, and a strong working understanding of your function's service offerings, tools, and methodologies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive‐level writing experience. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables. Strong project management and organizational skills. Consultative mindset, ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances and complex structures. Experience supporting member firm leadership. Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time including the ability to focus on details without jeopardizing the bigger picture.
