Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of complex cash and working capital improvement projects for clients.
- Assess clients' value creation potential related to cash flow and working capital, developing and implementing high-impact performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise cash flow, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and inventory management.
- Work hands-on with management teams to secure buy-in and implement initiatives within accelerated timeframes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the broader Deloitte network to provide clients with a comprehensive overview of business operations, performance gaps, and improvement potential.
- Manage and develop diverse teams within an inclusive team culture.
- Actively contribute to business development, generating new leads and expanding existing projects.
- Navigate and manage C-suite and other senior stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering cash and working capital improvement programs in a consultancy or corporate setting.
- Proven experience in implementing cash and working capital initiatives (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory optimisation).
- Deep experience in cash flow forecasting, working capital optimisation, and cost reduction, with a focus on cash optimisation.
- Strong track record in business development, including lead generation and project expansion.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with private equity portfolio companies is highly desirable.
- Flexibility for international travel.
